Vincent Limon Jr. is the founder and visionary behind Impact the Dream, a Christ-centered sports and mentorship organization dedicated to developing student-athletes in character, faith, and excellence on and off the field. He, his wife Wanda, and their daughter reside in Vista, California, located in North County San Diego.

Driven by a deep passion for empowering youth through athletics and discipleship, Vincent has created a platform that bridges the gap between sports performance and spiritual growth. As a leader, coach, and mentor, he brings years of experience working with families, schools, and communities — helping student-athletes navigate the challenges of competitive sports while staying rooted in their identity and purpose in Christ.

Through Impact the Dream, Vincent’s mission is to raise up a generation of athletes who honor God, lead with integrity, and create lasting impact within their communities and beyond.

His work extends internationally, with initiatives in the Dominican Republic and Honduras, where he and his team scout talent, build relationships, and share the Gospel through the game of baseball. Vincent believes sports are more than competition — they are a powerful tool for discipleship, character-building, and inspiring youth to dream bigger with God.
